RETURN POLICY –

– We have 7 days return/exchange policy (only on returnable products)

– No Return/ No Exchange on products at 60% & above discount.

– No refund on products at 50% discount.
– A credit value will be added to your Sagar  wallet for returns made at 50% off.

– Order placed against wallet amount, incase of return, the amount would be added to your Sagar  wallet.

– Rs.200/- logistic charges will be deducted as part of the refund process.

– Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

– Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 Working days after the product is received at the warehouse.

EXCHANGE POLICY –

– Exchange is not available for Caps & Products at or below Rs.800/-

– There is no additional charge on exchange.

– Size exchange is subject to availability.
